ADHD SCREENING TOOL
The Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS) is a self-report questionnaire designed to assess Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) symptoms in adults (18+). This scale is useful for screening of ADHD and should be used in conjunction with a clinical interview conducted by a mental health professional.
